SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping & Handling
ecWorld Mart offers "Free Shipping" on orders over $50.00 (not including sales tax when applicable) within the continental USA (excludes, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico). Free shipping will be via ground shipping. For orders under $50.00, we will charge you actual shipping costs (we don't make any money on shipping).
We can only ship to physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes). We regret that APO’s / FPO’s, and the like, do not qualify for our free shipping program. We can ship to these locations at the cost specified by the U.S. Postal Service.
We do our very best to ship out all orders within 24-hours. During certain heavy sales periods or holidays (such as Christmas), we may not be able to ship out all orders within 24-hours due to the increased number of orders, so please plan accordingly (and thank you for being patient). Shipping time during the holiday rush may take 2 to 3 days.
Once shipped, the item will be in transit from our main warehouse in North Hollywood, CA 91605 to your shipping location.
Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited shipping (2-day and overnight) on most products at additional cost. Orders must be received prior to 11:00 am (California time) Monday through Friday to expedite the order that day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require more time. Some oversized or heavier items (such as luggage sets and furniture) may not qualify.
International Sales
International sales are welcomed! We can ship most of our items to other countries. We typically use U.S. Postal Service to ship to international locations. Please be aware that you may be required (depending on your country's import laws) to pay additional amounts, for Customs, Duty, and/or Broker Fees - we are not responsible to quote, or pay, for any such fees. We will, however, assist you in producing any reasonable documentation requested for this purpose.

You can save on shipping costs by arranging to pick-up your items at our main warehouse in North Hollywood, CA. Please contact us at least 24-hours in advance to arrange and coordinate pick-up:
